More than 35 kids and their families responded to Storytelling Challenge “Discover an animal hybrid” at a GIANT Remix Station at Windsor Locks Public Library in Connecticut:
They dreamed up the most powerful Animal Hybrids, described and sketched their ideas, specified theirAnimal Hybrids favorite items, and highlighted their special powers. The GIANT team of designers and educators transformed these ideas into AI avatars and published them as a deck of cards, each card featuring one superhero. The GIANT Hall of Animal Hybrids Game Book showcases all their cards and includes 12 games you can play with these cards!

We are extremely honored to partner with Connecticut State Libraries and bring GIANT creative STEM experiences to the Connecticut community at the Windsor Locks Public Library. We implemented a Remix Station with Windsor Locks Public Library’s directors, Jane Frankel, Maria Carrasquillo, and Lois Crozier. 35 participants joined, dreamed, created, and shared at the station. Here, we have “remixed” their creations into a one-of-a-kind game set, Waterford Hall of Animal Hybrids.
