Deadline to submit: April 24th
A GIANT Remix station has arrived at the Ives Main Branch of the New Haven Free Public Library!
Members of the New Haven community are invited to design and make their own Community Souvenir Postcards.
Families with children of all ages are invited to think like an artist and illustrate their favorite landmark in their community, explain why it's their favorite, and share a fun fact about it. Your ideas will be published as real postcards you can send in the main AND as in an activity book featuring all the submitted community landmakrs!
Professionally printed postcards will be shipped to the library for you to pick up within one month of your submission! You can also check out the full collection of postcards and the published activity book at your library branch or online on the GIANT website - all completely free of charge.
