Design Community Souvenirs Postcards at Babcock Public Library

  • Babcock Public Library 25 Pompey Hollow Road Ashford, CT, 06278 United States (map)

Deadline to submit: June 8th

A GIANT Remix station has arrived at the Babcock Library!

Members of the Babcock community are invited to design and make their own Community Souvenir Postcards.

Families with children of all ages are invited to think like an artist and illustrate their favorite landmark in their community, explain why it's their favorite, and share a fun fact about it. Your ideas will be published as real postcards you can send in the main AND as in an activity book featuring all the submitted community landmarks!

Professionally printed postcards will be shipped to the library for you to pick up within one month of your submission! You can also check out the full collection of postcards and the published activity book at your library branch or online on the GIANT website - all completely free of charge.
