DESCRIPTION: For kids who dream their own original music tracks! Participants create and mix their own original tracks using DJ software and music apps, mix tracks using DJ turntables, build custom instruments using a Microbit microcontroller and Makey Makey, explore electronic music, convert sound to color using Specdrums, design their DJ persona, and perform live! This camp is a wonderful mix of music production, DJing, coding, arts, and crafts.

DATES: Week of July 25th
FULL DAY PLAN:
9am to 11:00am: first STEM project of the day
11 to 11:30 am: Lunch *Participants must come with lunch and snack*
11:30 to 1:00 pm: Participants work on their projects, brainstorm new ideas, and experiment with different STEM tools
1:00 to 3:00pm: second project of the day
+ optional early drop in or late pick up (+$25/hour)
