Does it make noise? light up? or move around? Learn different ways to make your robot interactive in this mechanical engineering and design workshop!

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Jamie Solis is a working DJ and educator who specializes in childhood development and digital technologies. She has an MA in Design and Development of Digital Games from the Teachers College at Columbia University focusing on digital music learning for young children, and a BS in Childhood & Special Education from NYU. In her practice, Jamie has observed the various manifestations of music in children’s daily lives and the ways in which technology shape those experiences.
