Workshop: Design Critiquing Around The Campfire #1

  • The GIANT Room Pop Up at High Line Nine 507 West 27th Street New York, NY, 10001 United States (map)

DESCRIPTION: For kids with insightful feedback who dare to share! Inspired by Stanford University's d.school method of design thinking, we invite children to playtest prototypes, toys, and tools and provide their critiques within a playful structure. Giving and receiving feedback is an important part of any design process, and we can teach our children from a young age how to observe, examine, and provide insightful feedback. GIANT founders first led this workshop at a TED Ed Club weekend, and since then it has been one of our most popular workshops.

Recommended for ages 5-12
