DESCRIPTION: For kids who dare to power up their projects with sustainable energy! In this workshop, participants will build something and light it up with their self-built batteries!

A blizzard lamp? A potato man with LED’s as his eyes? A mouse with its tail lit up? You name it, build it!

Recommended for ages 5 to 12

• Thinking creatively about electronics

TIME: 3:30 to 5pm + complimentary open studio access until 6pm

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS: This workshop will be lead by GIANT founders, Dr. Azi Jamalian. Azi has a PhD in Cognitive Studies in Education from Columbia University and bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering. She loves designing programs and tools for children to learn new things with confidence and joy.
