Join GIANT founders with PhDs in Education and years of experience teaching in formal and informal settings for an informative workshop on designing effective learning spaces for your kids at home. This workshop is in collaboration with Charles Vergara, Technology Director at Bank Street School for Children.
No matter the type of schooling you have decided for your children this Fall - remote, hybrid, micro-schooling, homeschooling - there is no doubt your children will spend a good amount of their learning time at home. This is a unique opportunity for families to create spaces that foster their child’s learning and development. In this workshop, we will discuss different forms of learning and strategies to design spaces that encourage each type. Parents will leave the workshop with a great set of actionable tools and strategies they could use to support their children learning at home.
