GIANT Remix in Schools: Amplify Science, HMH Writing, AI Literacy, and Publication

The GIANT Room team, in collaboration with the Joan Ganz Cooney Center at Sesame Workshop and with funding from the Robin Hood Tech + Learning Fund, spent two years co-designing the GIANT Remix program and web app with 120 students and 10 teachers from two Title I public schools in New York City. The GIANT Remix program is a blended literacy experience that combines storytelling, science content, and emerging AI tools in ways that feel authentic to classroom practice.
